The oldest of Thailand Sukhothai Historical Park 2 days 1 night

 Sukhothai is the very first capital of Thailand. in the golden time of this city it is a center of everting on this south-east -Asia. Now a day the ruin from that glorious time a left behind for this generation to study  story about one of the ancient city that accept by United Nation Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization  ( UNESCO ) to be World Heritage. Sukthothai Historical Park location ‘s is at the opposite  of Ramkhamhaeng National Museum. There a lot of interesting place inside this area. Wat Maha that. this temple is a center of the historical park. Inside the temple is the grand pagoda that surround by another 8 pagodas as if they are lotus. And include many temples in the Park such as , Wat Chana Songkram , Wat Tra Phang Ngearn , Wat Sa Sri , Wat Sir Swai, Wat Phra Luang Luang and The King Ramkhamhaeng monument.  Wat Sri Chum, this temple has large Buddha statue called Phra Ajchana . Due to an old condition of temple there is barley anything left to see this temple in a chape of building however the statue is still in task and remain until this day .

Day 01 Wat Phra That Haripunchai – Si Satchanalai Historical Park – Sukthothai Province ( L )

08.00 Leave from Chiangmai .  Visit to Wat Phra That Haripunchai Woramahawihan is situated in the center of Lamphun city. This temple is earliest origins were in 897 when the then King of Hariphumchai is said to have built a stupa to house a hair of the Lord Buddha , the Present compound , founded by Hariphumchai King Athiayarat , dates from 1044 . The temple was first rebuilt in 1443 by King Tilokaraja of Lanna Kingdom . the temple’s pyramid-shaped Chedi Suwanna was built in 1418 in the 1930 temple renovations were made by Khru Ba Sriwichai Lanna Monk. And continue to the Historical site of the ancient Si Satchanalai Historical Park , which was the second largest city after Sukhothai during its glory days. The 45-squeare -meter park is home to remaining structures of what used to be palaces, temples and homes. The main attraction are Wat Phra Si Mahathat , Wat Chang Lom and Wat Chedi Jet Taew  , all of which feature authentic Sukhothai architectural style.  After that transfer to Sukhothai and overnight.

Day 02   Wat Sri Chum – Sukhothai Historical park  ( L ) – transfer to Chiang Mai or Sukthothai airport.

After breakfast , take a van to visit  Sukhothai Historical park, the oldest capital of Thailand . The ceremonial center of historic Sukthothai is home to the kingdom’s most important temples , built amongst glittering reservoirs.  And Wat Sri Chum , this temple has large Buddha statue called Phra Ajchana.

Lunch at local restaurant .

Transfer back to Chiang Mai or drop you at the Sukhothai airport .
